The estitician Heather was incredible. She provided a basic education on the products she used, ensured I received the correct materials for pre and post care, and made recommendations without being pushy. I will be seeing her regularly. I did not rate 10/10 because guest services appeared occupied with multiple customers/phone calls and did not provide instructions as requested by Heather.

Lovely front desk staff. Relaxing, calm room to hang out in in between sessions. Warm neck wraps, tea, water, all the amenities. My massage with Kelly was FANTASTIC. And my face was glowing (I'm sure I looked 5 years younger) after my facial. Overall, just a wonderful experience and I can't wait to come back!
