I live in Summit and come all the way out there because the prices are reasonable (at least for this area), the service is consistently good, and you guys have done a great job of making it very very welcoming environment. I'll share this because I think it's important - I used to be very, very overweight and I remember feeling totally at ease there and being so grateful that I could get the services that everyone else got without feeling self-conscious. Maybe a small thing, but it made a difference to me. Also, you have amazing staff! I had Jen for my massage the other day and she was excellent. The women who has done bikini waxes for me in the past - I can't remember her name - but she was exceptional. I don't get bikini waxes often, but when I do, she's the one I'd see.
