The massage therapist was good. The atmosphere in my experience is not a ten. I've had spa treatments at DePasquale and that's a 10 plus. The room before the massage at Spavia is small. If 2 strangers were in that room at the same time, you'd feel like you're on top of each other. There is one spot to get dressed. A bathroom is not a spa experience dressing room. I had asked for zen music, the music in my room was a fast tempo, when I asked for the music to be changed to zen the therapist couldn't figure it out. I finally asked for no music.
