I have a severe and chronic spinal cord disorder causing my muscles to cramp and tighten in my upper back and neck. Sharon got in and was able to loosen up the muscles. This is not an easy thing I asked for. She was diligent and knew exactly what she was doing. I would actually give her a higher number if available . Penny Hays
