Hi Spavia, Sorry for the delay in responding. The reason I rated my last visit a 10 is that the service Frances provided was outstanding. As a former competitive athlete, I need a massage with fairly deep pressure to be effective, and that's exactly what I received. It was 80 minutes of thoroughly relaxing and genuinely transformative massage. Anyone who regularly gets massages knows that the therapist makes all the difference. Frances is highly knowledgeable and has exceptional hand strength, allowing her to apply consistent, deep pressure while tailoring the treatment to exactly what was needed. The experience exceeded my expectations. It was fantastic!

I had an amazing service with Johanna. She is a very skilled masseuse. Highly intuitive and knew exactly how, where, when to apply pressure and to focus on an area. I have medical issues with some areas of my body being a lot more tender than others, and I was able to relax for the entire experience as opposed to being on guard. Recommend this spa to all my friends and family! Spavia will definitely be seeing more of me!

Spavia always delivers, especially Debbie who always finds the issues with your body and not only works on fixing them but also talks to you while doing it so that you know what is going on, how the issue might be arising, how your body compensates, etc. She also makes sure to give you tips on how to avoid or minimize the issues she notices so that you don't hurt as much in between visits. I've also had massages with other massueses and have always had a positive experience which is why I keep returning and recommend it to others.
