Calming environment. I was with my daughter waiting and I was asked if I'd like to sit in the back where it was cool. The front was humid and stuffy feeling.

Mostly because of my interaction with the girls, upfront and the individuals who actually take care of me for my appointments… A little disappointing at the cut back in comfort level when you come in to get a scrub or anything, but you do what you have to do to keep a business going, right and I also like the ease with which I can get an appointment once I figure out where on the website I can go
