The entire team at Spavia is a dream to work with. From start to finish you feel especially cared for and can see that care is very personal to them. Nivin was incredible to work with! She listened attentively to my needs and pressure points and was so accommodating when she heard I was pregnant. I got too warm with the blanket and neck pad at times and she made sure to pause when I said I needed a moment. I have always struggled with neck pain due to being a photographer and wearing a heavy camera harness during long wedding days, and she focused specifically on my neck and traps (I am trap dominant, and releasing them is HARD) and even relieved some of my chronic sinus pressure! I felt like I was floating on a cloud when I left! The only part that makes me sad is that I am moving states and can't be a regular client! If you or anyone you know could use some pampering, run don't walk to Spavia in Central Park. You will be so glad you did!

Amazing treatment and service. Need to better prepare the client for what to expect after treatment. I felt amazing, but was also very tired, and my service was at the beginning of the day, which pretty much made me very unproductive the rest of the day. Also, I was told that ideally, I would not shower, but I had oil in my hair and had to shower before I left because of the amount of oil. Other than that, it was an amazing experience.
