I had a wonderful massage from Austin! He was attentive to my needs, and didn't try to argue about things I liked or disliked or couldn't have because of body issues. That happens with frequency, and it was delightful not to have to explain every surgery I've ever had. But the locker and changing area needed some attention and the size disparity on the sandals and robes is radical. The robe would fit someone who weighs 250 pounds but the sandals were about a women's size 5. I am 5'8' and maybe 113 pounds and I couldn't fit my very skinny size 9feet into those if I were Cinderella. Please don't think these comments are because I didn't have an excellent experience. I did! I just feel it's important to be completely honest in order for a business to make improvements. I would want somebody to do that to my company as well!🥰
