The score reflects the amazing massage by Xander BUT… the front desk service girl (Ashlyn?) was like dealing with a character out of Mean Girls. She was immature, rude about the tip I was leaving for Xander and rescheduling for another appointment and unhelpful when I inquired about a product that I wanted to buy. When I got home I saw that she had sent an email and text with the wrong time for my next appointment and there was no receipt of my tip to Xander . I called her and said there must have been some confusion about the last two details and she replied “there is no confusion” and was silent. She then said she made the edit and sent me the updated reminder but the tip did not have Xander’s name attached to it. She does not represent Spa Via well as an interface person and I will give her the benefit of doubt that maybe she was having a bad day. I have a feeling she just is immature and has a lot to learn about being gracious or kind
