• I love the whole experience from the moment I walk through the door and am greeted by the staff who call me by my name, lead me to the retreat while conversing with me, to the wellness suite with its soothing music and thoughtful, restful, serene surroundings and then being greeted by Clara who shares her knowledge of skincare in depth with me while she administers my treatments so gently and expertly. Every detail is well thought out and purposeful. Everyone is welcoming, genuine and friendly. The products are clean, nature-based and their quality is superlative. It's everything I would want from a spa experience. I love my self-care time, my newfound knowledge of the products and skincare industry, enhancement to my skincare routine and new relationships formed with the people at Spavia. I'm hooked 🥰
