• Clara is the Mozart of esthetics. She is masterful, and is also continuously improving her skillset. Each time I receive a treatment, it is more nuanced, targeted, and soothing than the last. Her massage techniques are detailed and effective. I can tell she has been honing this craft as well. She is also an incredible conversationalist. Clara is an asset to your team and to Spavia.

• Spavia has very nice customer service right when you walk in. It's a clean establishment, and all the little things you may want/need to enhance your experience are there while you relax (tea, neck warmer, towels, etc).
