• While my massage therapist is great and the relaxation room is nice, the changing room seems to be getting crowded. I don't know if more people are sched at the same times or if it is just a different time than I'm used to being there but lots of times the changing areas are full so you have to change near the locker to avoid being late to your appointment. Or the same with waiting on the bathroom to be free. A second bathroom would be helpful. Or staggering the start/end times more. The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. Upon checkout I was asked to pay a fee for the service I had when there should have been a credit on file. If I had not questioned it, I would've paid twice for the service. The front desk gal may have been newer but I feel like that's kind of basic check out information she should have known. I'm glad you are adding cupping to the services offered as well.

• You guys are great however I would not recommend the cupping. I could barely tell when it was happening and don't think it was worth $20. Not sure if it's not real cupping or if people just aren't trained correctly. Everyone I know that has had cupping done also has had redness or bruising where the cupping was done. I didn't have any of that and didn't feel any significant suction. It felt like they were just sitting on my skin.
