• Sara was great. The massage I requested was just as I wanted. I didn't lower my rating, but I did have no hot water when trying to take a shower afterwards. I do understand that water heaters only hold so much water, but it may be something to look into.

• Drains were very slow in bathroom, almost thought plugged. Have been offered wine at other spas. Olga was very good though!
