• Spavia is a wonderful spa, complete with many helpful employees. I've been going there for 4 years now & have had their services for massage, facials, & Sugar Glo scrubs. I have fibromyacia & the massages with Christine P. help with the muscle pain. I highly recommend Spavia.

• No one was at the front desk when I arrived. After waiting for several minutes, I opened the door to hallway, called out asking if anyone was there. Someone stuck their head around the corner & said a person would be right out. Still, no one immediately came, but did so eventually. After I put on a robe, once again, I waited in the lounge area, to what seemed unusually long. Maybe there is a backstory to this. Don't know. But when someone is in time for their appointment, waiting time should be brief the minute you walk in the door.
