• Because of my experience with Diane. She is professional, respectful, and everything she did felt amazing. I liked how she took her time. I liked that she let me totally relax and I liked that she gave feedback when facial was done. And my face looked amazing. That being said... it was my first visit. I didn't know what to do when being brought back in the locker room. Where to go after robing up and how to exit when finished. I almost opened a spa room that was close to the exit sign. For first time clients, I feel more communication is needed on how to proceed.
