• My massage with Shai was excellent. Loved her. The blonde woman at front desk was professional and very pleasant. The woman that brought me back was nice but not a lot of communication and direction. Dead bug on bathroom floor and the plastic sandels are awfully stiff and hurt my feet. That's the 9 rating. After my 1st appointment back in 2023 which was awful and I swore I'd never come back but Shari has changed my mind. For this I will definitely return and recommend as long as Shari is available.
