• Jenna and Monkia are the best massage therapists and it is because of them I gave Spa Natur a 10 rating. However, the spa needs a GOOD CLEANING! Bathrooms and floors are very dirty. Towels in the bathroom need to be changed frequently or for better hygiene, paper towels should be used. I have come to Spa Natur since their opening and, unfortunately, it has gone down hill in the last year or so. The owner needs to get someone in to clean on a regular basis. The receptionist is too busy to have to take care of the cleaning as well.
