I went for a pedicure and Kimberly was great. The spa is very lovely and welcoming and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative for me was that I am extremely short and the pedicure chairs are not adjustable, so I had a hard time getting really comfortable. The chairs are beautiful but not practical for all clients.
