I was treated very well. I've only had 1 previous manicure, and never a pedicure. Even though it was just "buff & shine", I felt girly enough to have put on a dress when I got home. The young woman (sorry, I'm horrible with names) who did the work was efficient, proficient and professional. I had been given a gift certificate to Luxe Spa, and her work certainly made it a beautiful gift.
