• Sure, being the location is rather remote, it would have been helpful to get helpful hints to find the actual Spa; Including guidance on where to park. I spent too long searching for this. I tried to call a few times, but got the answering service, even after 9AM. Yet at 9:07 my card was promptly charged for my reserved services. Also, even though I was told on the phone about the ability to steam or sauna after my service and even though we discused the features during my service, it was not offered or reminded so I could actually use them, even when I checked out. Heather was amazing and the only reason my rating wasn't lower.
