• The front staff member Tiara makes the entry and checking out so pleasant. One of the only front office staff that takes the time to remember repeat guest. The massage and facial therapist are exceptional listeners and tailor session to your needs

• The staff and overall spa decor/ambience is lovely. My massage therapist, reflexology services and esthetician were personable, kind and professional! They were 10/10! However, it would be more comfortable spa experience with designated private dressing rooms/areas. As a spa aficionado, it is a most welcome amenity. Also, staff should have a break room so that they can rest and snack away from the reception area where possible. On a minor note, some guests did not respect the quiet policy in the relaxation area and rudely disturbed others.
