• Changing experience is a bit weird, would’ve preferred to just change in the room we were getting massaged in instead of having to walk down multiple hallways and back.

• Zack was amazing. He fixed my hip and shoulder pain. Very glad to see that robes and slippers have been updated. Only issue to point out is that new guests were not told about lockers or directed to go ahead and undress and put robes on. There was confusion and I had to explain. Front desk at check in should give this guidance.
