• It would have been a 10, but I have one small complaint/observation/suggestion. In the new relaxation room in the back (which I love BTW) there is a really loud and annoying rattle coming from one of the ceiling air vents. I normally would not comment on this since I'd assume it's a one-off issue, but the same rattle has been audible now for my past 3 visits...which means it's been over a month. Is there anyway to get that addressed. Sort of ruins the relaxation part of the experience. Thanks, Dirk
