• Very welcoming and Natalia was amazing. Always a good experience but I have 2 concerns that I know others agree with: the old robes need to be replaced with new ones. They don't look clean. Also, Hostess needs to show the client to the lockers and should open one of the available lockers to ensure that there is a robe in it.

• the first introduction to the spa to the massage, sauna, steam room was very informative and welcoming. The massage that Jonathan provided was wonderful and he was very attentive to the spots that needed the most care.

• The special spa getaway pkg was such a complete offering! My friend and I enjoyed all the perks. Our room, goodies, golf cart, all our meals including the credit for Halsa which we enjoyed after the spa, the pool (though) finding the adults only pool was a challenge) It was a great getaway! Thank you Pablo for all you did to make it special! Though the rose petals cracked us up, as it was just a girls getaway. We appreciated your thoughtfulness
