• Our experience was perfect. It was the perfect level of luxurious. Not so fancy that you feel like you can't relax, but the level where you just feel cared about and pampered. The food was amazing. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The staff was all friendly and welcoming. Pablo, our butler, couldn't have been more perfect. He anticipated our needs and offered and did things we didn't even know were options. We felt seen and appreciated as customers.

• I posted a raving review in a Facebook group with 55.4K members (women of Douglasville) in hopes that more people check out the spa! Here's what I wrote: I went to the Spa at Serenbe which is about 25 min outside of Douglasville and the Experience was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL!! Not only was my massage amazing, but access to the steam room, sauna, and relaxation rooms are complimentary for up to 1 hour after your service. 10/10 would recommend!!
