• Raquel took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions ! She put my needs first and took her time with the procedure.The receptionists is very knowledgeable about products and services offered. Clean establishment and relaxing environment made the experience a 10. Please put hands sanitizers out and wipes as to the client has touch and sign the computer. Please change the cancellation clause especially for who get like myself who became sick less than the 48 hours given , doctor had no availability to see me before the appointment. Thankful I didn't test positive for covid . That's the client Putting your employees and business in jeopardy. I had to cancel once before due death of a family member the cancellation was waved -thank you- this time I had to show or 100.00 fee. Looking forward to more services and changes to cancellation policy. Lower prices on products and service would be helpful for businesses and consumers due to the fact most services are elective. Necessary treatments and products please don't price us out. Margin for profit will still be healthy.Thank you
