fiona hannah and the rest of the lovely crew always make me feel so welcome and at home when i visit. the classes are always fantastic. i adore cherrys yoga class and flowetics with Gemma. Soulfit is my sanctuary.

Great classes, never bored, like the 45 min fitness instead of 1 hour.
