Fantastic positive fun session with brilliant Jermaine. I can’t believe what I can now do. It’s really helping my physical and mental recovery from recent illness. Thanks to Soulfit and Jermaine I feel better each week and really look forward to going. If you’d asked me a year ago if I would enjoy doing something like this, or even could manage it, I would have laughed. Thank you Soulfit.
