Love the classes at Soulfit. There’s such a lovely friendly feel there which really helps everyone to relax and not feel intimidated!! Great workout too, instructor keeps it fun whilst encouraging everyone to keep going. Would definitely recommend it!
My two massages were excellent. The second with Lolly focused on my particular glute and sciatic problems which is starting to improve slowly.
