East to book , friendly , encouraging environment with delicious food and great coffee at Hannah’s . Gemma’s flowetics class was as lively as always and I was made to feel comfortable and very much part of the class , even after a three month break . Fiona was warm, friendly and so encouraging. Soulfit has a relaxed atmosphere where all are welcome . I particularly like the class passes rather than having to commit to a full membership. A great start to 2024 , thank you .
