Timings offered are great. I love that they are 45 min sessions available. Instructors are great and vary classes each week. Also it’s a 5 min walk from my house!
Gemma was extremely welcoming and warm! I felt a bit nervous about doing Flowetic for the first time, but she put me at ease right away. The class itself was great fun - so uplifting and an excellent work out. Lovely airy studio too. Thank you :-)

I love the experience on this place. It took me a few weeks to find the classes that were the ideal fit for me but once those had been identified, I'm very happy with the instructors, the facility, and Fiona. Fiona was incredibly helpful to me as a new member. I have had several trips since I started with Soulfit to will miss most of January but I will be back soon.
Great massage, also love the relaxed vibe at Soulfit. Hannah is lovely and very skilled
