Timings offered are great. I love that they are 45 min sessions available. Instructors are great and vary classes each week. Also it’s a 5 min walk from my house!
Gemma was extremely welcoming and warm! I felt a bit nervous about doing Flowetic for the first time, but she put me at ease right away. The class itself was great fun - so uplifting and an excellent work out. Lovely airy studio too. Thank you :-)
