There is a truly wonderful and welcoming vibration at Soulfit. My Restorative Yoga class led by Isis was the perfect restart to an absence from yoga where Isis provided excellent practice guidance and thoughtful words of wisdom.
Soulfit is my sanctuary! It’s not just the exercise but also the kind hearts that fill the building, delicious coffees and food by Hannah and the community that make it a very special place to be a part of.
