Because everyone one was very helpful and encouraging, and the instructor was very good indeed. I have to say this is my first session after a long time, but I am inspired by the place and people!

I particularly recommend classes with Shelley, a very experienced and sensitive teacher. Shelley is able to create supportive and challenging sequences of yoga postures and movements suitable for all levels of experience.
