I really enjoy Caroline’s class. It has the right balance of challenge, is well paced and makes me feel refreshed and relaxed by the end.

Approachable and fun sessions.
The class is one of the most upbeat, fun sessions and always a highlight of my week. The teacher is so enthusiastic, the music is great and the dances are always evolving so you try something new each week. There is such a wonderful sense of community at soulfit. It is a very special place that I look forward to going to every week.
