Cheery did a fantastic class on Sat, she is always lots of fun!
Very friendly teacher and great exercise with options for all fitness levels. Great workout, and I like that sufficient time is left for stretching as well. The only downside is the sound quality. It would be so much better if the the teacher had a microphone clipped to her top!
Because Fiona and the team at Soulfit always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you as much as they can. They are all so kind and caring and I trust them implicitly! Thank you guys. Jane xx
