Exercise class was demanding but I felt I was able to follow the instructions well as the teacher communicated well with the class. Only negative was that it was a bit crowded, somewhat restricting movement.
Such a friendly welcoming place, amazing array of classes with great teachers and the best customer service from Fiona, all of the team and lovely Hannah too!
Great experience and teachers
It was my first time at Soulfit and from stepping through the door I was made to feel welcome in this lovely space. Our teacher was so warm and explained everything beautifully, and provided the perfect practice. I slept so well that night and can't wait to go back.
