Everyone is so warm and friendly, making the atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Excellent teaching in a perfect environment.
Very approachable efficient and accommodating.
Because I love taking classes at Soulfit, love Flowetics, love the place, love the people. Only thing I would suggest is to add Pilates classes to your list. Nothing changes a body like good pilates.
