It was very easy to download the app, to book and the special offer for my first session being free, Laura was very welcoming on arrival. The place itself was lovely very relaxing, easy to find and park. Looked clean. Nice to have a mat ready for you. Was offered a drink on arrival and made to feel welcome to start with. The class was great very well explained. Really what I needed. Paced really well.
