Was the first class I had attended with Gemma, she was a fantastic teacher! She adapted the flow to work on specific areas that we wanted to focus on. I felt so energised and happy after her class. She has the right balance between encouraging us to push ourselves to try new things but without injuring or taking it too far. The shavasana at the end was just divine also! Honestly loved the class and hope to attend regularly as she has really encouraged me to get back into power!
