The outdoor classes have been really great! The setting at red rock is beautiful and it's great to be back with others in a safe environment! The teacher is the best!!! 😁
I have been attending the Monday classes at Red Rock Park. Sara always constructs a program that encourages me to push beyond what I think are my limits. She described the movements and poses very specifically, which allows me to focus on myself rather than watching her or others. She also includes thoughtful meditations, and creates a beautiful community yoga experience.
