Soul City Yoga is our refuge! We are so grateful for all of the adjustments they've made to keep us participating in yoga during the pandemic. Sara's sculpt class on Wednesday mornings is a perfect way to get the day started!
Class was awesome. The instructor had a great energy and a very focused class on expansion in the body. She did a great job instructing (even though it was a little tricky to hear with the outdoor elements!)
