  • After doing everything from Olympic gym to ballet, bootcamp, running and cycling, I needed an effective training that would tone my body without injuring my knees. But I also needed something challenging and inspirational. A friend recommended solid core which was so different than all the activities that I had tried before. Every class is a challenge and an opportunity to surprise yourself with what you are able to do. After solid, my body feels more toned, I have a better sleep and it proved that 50 minutes can be more than enough to get things done. Would do it every day!
