• This is an incredible workout! Even after a beginners class you feel it the next day. The instructors genuinely want to see you improve and are always there to assist with form or provide suggestion for modifications. The studio is clean and beautiful and the staff are so friendly and welcoming; can't wait for my next workout with Solidcore!
