• It was definitely one of the hardest workouts I've ever done, but the most rewarding as well. The community was supportive from start to finish, it was my first class but everyone quickly made me feel welcomed. The trainers are tough but not intimidating, they push you but make sure you honor your limits. Overall it was a great experience (even tho my legs are dead today 🙂)
