I love every class I've attended so far! The strength yoga has great flow and really gets you warmed up!
The instructors are all an absolute delight. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I never feel intimidated even though there's a lot that they can do that I'm currently unable to do. The classes are specific enough that I can choose which one will provide me the most benefit on a given day, but there's still a broad array to choose from. Cost is pretty reasonable, and I love the opportunity to work out my mind and body simultaneously!
