Teachers are friendly and most do a great job leading the yoga practice. There is a variety of teaching styles and music so something for everyone from beginner to more advanced.
The studio is always clean, instructors are awesome. Love it. Sad you cancelled the 7am Saturday class though!
Transcend is by far the best studio in Logan, including those in gyms and other facilities. The instructors and passionate, knowledgeable, and professional; and the studio is always clean and the temperature is well regulated. It's the only studio in Logan I recommend.
Because Melissa is such a good teacher. I can always count on her classes to be be challenging and fun
