Excellent teachers. Only problem I have is that some instructors play music too loudly and the music competes with their voices..... not a meditative experience, especially when the music has words. ( hi Chantel- bet I’m the only Sue S in your system but you know I love you even if the music is too loud for me❤️)
Warm, inviting atmosphere and instructors. Overall good vibes. No judgement for those of us who modify poses.
It was so much fun, a good workout, and relaxing all at once!
