I love the studio and the instructors of the classes I attend. It's always welcoming and I always leave feeling much better than when I came. I tell everyone I know that they should try a class at Transcend.
Mel did an awesome job. I'm so sore today it even hurts to lift my coffee mug. She did a well rounded session not one area is more sore than another.
