I loved the experience I had with the vinyasa class. It released all the stress and worries I had and helped clear my head. I am beyond happy I went and know that I will for sure be back for another session. I found it very relaxing and I felt unstoppable after.
Because Melissa is the best instructor on the planet. It was an awesome workout with just the right amount of physical challenge. I've gone to other yoga studios with other instructors and I can't find anything like it. I come back over a year later and she is still rocking it with her awesome routines.
