The classes are structured well and the instructors are very good they make sure you are doing it correctly and constantly watch your form which is really good. It’s been a month here and I throughly enjoy these classes. Highly recommend performance sports Pilates.
The instructors are highly professional and very helpful to me! Also, just the studio environment is clean and a pleasant experience.

Amazing Pilates workout. I hadn't done Pilates in over 2 years and in one workout my body already felt longer and stronger, hurt less, and started showing muscle definition. Thank you!
Looks like there was a minor accident sometime today I would guess. Just got home from Pilates and will sit and play with him for a bit after dinner. He was very vocal earlier. :-)
Taken different classes with different instructors and all were very good. Personal modifications were provided. Healthy choice!
